Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Executive to lead our brand growth initiatives across digital and offline platforms. This role combines digital marketing, lead generation, business development, and brand management to strengthen FraKtal Knest's market presence and attract high-value clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving visibility, generating qualified leads, managing advertising campaigns, and building meaningful client relationships that contribute to business growth.
Success in this role means consistently increasing brand awareness, generating quality leads, improving website and social media performance, and converting marketing efforts into tangible business opportunities. A successful candidate will:
- Grow FraKtal Knest's digital presence and audience engagement.
- Execute effective Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads and business inquiries.
- Strengthen brand positioning in the luxury interior design and build segment.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and collaborators.
- Use data and insights to continuously improve marketing performance and return on investment.
This position plays a critical role in bridging marketing, sales, and brand development . Working closely with the founders, design team, and project teams, the Marketing & Business Development Executive will be responsible for bringing new opportunities into the business while ensuring a consistent and premium brand image across all touchpoints. The role directly contributes to the company's growth strategy by increasing visibility, expanding market reach, and supporting client acquisition efforts for FraKtal Knest's luxury design and build services.
• Build and strengthen the FraKtal Knest brand across digital and offline platforms.
• Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other marketing campaigns .
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic visibility.
• Manage and grow all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Generate qualified leads and support business development initiatives.
• Coordinate content creation, reels, campaigns and brand communication.
• Monitor campaign performance, analytics and ROI.
• Identify new marketing opportunities, partnerships and growth channels.
• Support client acquisition and nurture prospective leads.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager .
• Good understanding of SEO, SEM and Lead Generation .
• Experience managing social media accounts and content planning.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in architecture, interiors, real estate or luxury brands is an advantage.
