We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented candidates for the position of Banking Back Office Executive. This role is ideal for freshers who have completed their 12th grade and are interested in starting a career in the banking and financial services sector. The candidate will be responsible for handling backend operations, maintaining records, and supporting daily banking processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of banking transactions
- Verify and process documents related to customer accounts
- Assist in account opening, KYC verification, and documentation
- Handle back-office operations such as file management and report generation
- Coordinate with front office and other departments for smooth workflow
- Ensure compliance with banking rules and regulations
- Respond to internal queries and provide administrative support
