Salesforce Marketing cloud Developer

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to design, develop, and implement end-to-end marketing journeys, campaigns, and automation workflows. This role involves integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Data Cloud to deliver personalized customer experiences across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Marketing Cloud components, integration, and campaign execution.

• Design and develop customized Marketing Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
• Implement end-to-end journeys in Marketing Cloud, including triggered and scheduled automations.
• Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud data into Marketing Cloud for campaign personalization.
• Work with SSJS, HTML, CSS, and AMPscript for content personalization.
• Manage data using Data Extensions, Automation Studio, and SQL queries .
• Collaborate with business analysts and architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Marketing Cloud implementations.
• Develop Preference Center and personalization strategies.

Campaign & Journey Development

• Build, test, and launch marketing journeys and automation workflows.
• Use Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Contact Builder for multi-channel campaigns.

Integration & Data Management

• Perform integrations between Marketing Cloud and external systems (including Data Cloud).
• Implement REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs for data ingestion.
• Manage segmentation, personalization, and campaign targeting.

Technical Execution

• Develop content using AMPscript and dynamic personalization.
• Work on high-availability, large-scale marketing implementations.
• Create and maintain technical design documents .
• Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and QA checks .

• 4 5 years in Salesforce ecosystem, with 2 3 years hands-on in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (e.g., Marketing Cloud Developer Level 1) Mandatory .
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, CSS, SQL .
• Experience with Data Extensions, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Personalization .
• Knowledge of API integrations (REST, SOAP) and working with external/legacy systems.
• Strong understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
