We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and scale our software delivery initiatives. This role calls for a dynamic leader who thrives at both the strategic and execution levels — someone who can establish high-performing Agile teams, streamline delivery processes, and ensure business alignment. You'll be accountable for driving measurable outcomes, managing multiple stakeholders, and maintaining strong delivery discipline using modern tools and methodologies.

• Lead large-scale software programs comprising multiple Agile teams.

• Establish and optimize Agile frameworks — guide teams through ceremonies, artifacts, and continuous improvement.

• Drive end-to-end planning: define roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, capacity plans, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Proactively identify and remove impediments, facilitate decision-making, and ensure accountability across teams.

• Manage project workflows and documentation using Jira, Confluence , or equivalent tools (2+ years hands-on experience required ).

• Engage effectively with diverse stakeholders across business, product, engineering, and leadership levels — align priorities amidst ambiguity and conflicting demands.

• Track and communicate progress through delivery metrics (velocity, burn-down, throughput, quality, etc.) and reports for senior leadership.

• (Optional but beneficial) Collaborate closely with engineering teams — understanding of Java, Maven, CI/CD, and DevOps is a plus.

• 10+ years of relevant experience in software program management, delivery management, or engineering leadership .

• Proven success in building and leading Agile teams, and embedding Agile best practices.

• Solid hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence (or similar tools).

• Exceptional stakeholder management — skilled at negotiation, alignment, and influencing across levels.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a bias for action and outcomes.

• Broad understanding of software delivery lifecycles and technical decision-making, even without day-to-day coding.

• Experience in Java, Maven, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps environments.

• Exposure to managing large, distributed engineering teams.

• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile/Scrum Master .
