We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Pricing Executive – Sea Export to manage pricing operations and support freight forwarding activities for international shipments. This role is ideal for professionals who have strong coordination skills, commercial understanding of sea export pricing, and the ability to work closely with shipping lines, overseas agents, and internal teams to provide competitive logistics solutions.

As part of the pricing team, you will be responsible for handling freight quotations, rate negotiations, and pricing strategies for sea export shipments. The role requires strong market awareness, quick turnaround on customer inquiries, and the ability to maintain profitable and competitive pricing structures in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end sea export pricing activities for freight forwarding operations
• Prepare competitive quotations for customers, agents, and internal sales teams
• Coordinate with shipping lines, co-loaders, transporters, and overseas agents for freight rates and service updates
• Negotiate freight charges, local charges, and service terms to ensure cost-effective solutions
• Maintain updated records of pricing, tariffs, shipping schedules, and market trends
• Support sales and business development teams with accurate and timely pricing information
• Analyze market conditions and identify opportunities for improving pricing competitiveness
• Ensure smooth coordination between operations, documentation, and customer service teams
• Monitor shipment profitability and pricing accuracy
• Build strong relationships with vendors, shipping partners, and logistics stakeholders
• Assist in resolving pricing-related queries and operational escalations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping industry standards

• Experience or understanding of Sea Export Pricing and freight forwarding operations
