Technical Product Manager

Our platform serves two sides of the market: risk-bearing organizations operating under delegated/capitated arrangements, and fee-for-service health systems. We're live with multiple customers across both segments and have real revenue.\n\nWe have an MVP in production. We need someone to turn it into a structured, scalable product.\n\nWhat you'll do:\n• Translate US payer and provider workflows into engineering requirements\n• Own the product specification for platform capabilities serving both value-based care and fee-for-service customers\n• Work directly with our CPO / CTO and engineering team in India\n• Report to the founding team\n\nWhat we're looking for:\n• 5+ years in US healthcare, claims operations, payer configuration, provider contracting, or revenue cycle\n• Working knowledge of EDI transactions (837/835), contract interpretation , and either delegated risk arrangements OR health system revenue cycle\n• Background at Optum, Cognizant TriZetto, EXL, Sagility, Access Healthcare, Omega, or a US payer/MSO\n• Can write a crisp PRD and sit between operations and engineers without losing either\n• Based in India — Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Gurgaon, or remote\n\nWhat we offer:\nYou're early.
