We are hiring an experienced Senior Pharma Domain Expert with deep knowledge of pharmaceutical business processes and strong stakeholder management capabilities. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, engaging with multiple departments across the pharmaceutical enterprise to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable digital and AI-driven solutions.

This role requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical business functions, including commercial operations, medical affairs, clinical development, regulatory processes, quality, pharmacovigilance, and market access. The candidate should be capable of engaging with leadership teams across departments, gathering and documenting business requirements, shaping industry use cases, and supporting enterprise AI/ML and digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings deep pharma domain expertise, strong business storytelling skills, and experience operating at the intersection of business, data, and AI. The role requires both strategic leadership and active execution through advisory, solution architecture, and delivery involvement. This role becomes a trusted advisor to customer leadership, thru working with senior customer stakeholders to comprehend the customer’s business goals, processes, operations and expectations

· Define and validate enterprise use cases for AI, ML, and Agentic AI platforms within life sciences organizations.

· Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams to operationalize clinical and commercial workflows into production-ready solutions.

· Establish governance guardrails, validation frameworks, and compliance checkpoints for AI-enabled systems.

· Ensure technical solutions align with enterprise compliance standards.

· Partner with internal leadership, delivery teams, and external pharma clients to drive successful project execution.

· Facilitate alignment between business expectations, compliance requirements, and technical feasibility.

· Support program governance, change management, and enterprise adoption initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Bring deep expertise across pharma domains such as market access, patient services, commercial operations, medical affairs, vaccines, or omnichannel engagement
• Ensure Agentic AI solutions align with end-to-end business workflows, KPIs, and operational realities
• Partner with engineering, platform, and data science teams to shape scalable, business-focused AI and analytics offerings
• Define use cases, business logic, adoption strategies, and measurable success metrics
• Act as a senior advisor to client stakeholders through workshops, solution storytelling, and executive engagement
• Translate complex AI and analytics concepts into clear business narratives and decision-oriented outcomes
• Contribute to thought leadership, accelerators, whitepapers, and internal capability building
• Mentor teams and strengthen pharma domain fluency across the broader Data & AI organization
• Lead cross-functional teams and operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the pharma industry
• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in life science or business
• Extensive experience in consulting management in the life sciences, pharmaceutical/biotech consulting industry, or equivalent industry role and Strong understanding of pharma data ecosystems
• Proven experience at the intersection of pharma, business, and AI / data
• Background in consulting, solution leadership, and Strong presentation skills
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders through expertise, credibility, and business insight
• Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution
