We’re looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our team. In this full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, you will oversee branding and marketing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for branding, marketing, and digital campaigns.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and task coordination across creative, strategy, and marketing teams.
• Manage client communications, including weekly status updates and feedback sessions.
• Monitor project progress, address risks, and resolve any issues proactively.
• Ensure all deliverables align with Brandagic’s standards and client expectations.
• Optimize workflows, maintain documentation, and ensure efficient execution.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of project management or operations experience, ideally in a branding, marketing, or digital agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with clear communication.
• Strong coordination skills working with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, marketers).
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field (certifications like PMP, Agile, or Scrum are a plus).
