Sales Operations Associate

The Role

As a Partner Operations (Assistant, Associate, Specialist or Senior depending on your experience), you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the operations related to our clients. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Sales team, ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients and analyzing our performance.

To be more specific, you will:

• Support the Sales team in onboarding new clients smoothly, managing leads, preparing offers and following up with clients when needed.
• Support the team by gathering insights on competitors and market trends that can help us improve our strategy and performance.
• Support the Sales team with account reporting to identify areas for improvement and recommend operational enhancements.
• Create and manage affiliate accounts for partners, ensuring accurate reporting and deal implementation.
• Analyse performance metrics using statistical data.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure proper tracking, compliance, and timely content updates for clients.
• Identify and oversee the implementation of offers and promotions of our partners on our assets.

The Ideal Profile

• Graduated with a Bachelor’s or University Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science or Statistics.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Have an analytical mindset to interpret performance data.
• Are fluent in English.
• Possess strong communication skills for client interaction.
• Are organized and skilled in prioritizing tasks.
• Produce effective presentations and to deliver concise content.
• Focus on a certain level of details and can deal with various projects and tasks in parallel.
