Coupa Lead

We are seeking an experienced Coupa Lead to drive end-to-end procurement transformation initiatives using the Coupa platform. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, Coupa implementations, and stakeholder management, along with the ability to lead large-scale enterprise programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Coupa implementations including design, configuration, integration, and rollout
• Drive procurement transformation initiatives across sourcing, procurement, and supplier management
• Manage business requirement gathering, process design, and solution architecture
• Lead client workshops, demos, and stakeholder discussions at leadership level
• Oversee migration from legacy systems (Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JDE, etc.) to Coupa
• Manage third-party integrations and ecosystem alignment
• Ensure successful go-live, user adoption, and post-implementation support
• Define and track KPIs, ROI, and platform adoption metrics
• Lead and mentor onshore/offshore teams

Core Skills & Expertise:

• Strong experience in Coupa (BSM, P2P, S2C, Expense Management)
• Deep understanding of Procurement & Supply Chain processes
• Experience with platform implementations, rollouts, and upgrades
• Expertise in integration management and system harmonization
• Strong stakeholder management (C-level / VP-level engagement)
• Experience in RFPs, vendor evaluation, and procurement strategy

Leadership & Transformation Experience:

• Proven experience in leading digital transformation programs
• Strong background in change management & user adoption strategies
• Ability to drive business value, cost optimization, and process efficiency
• Experience managing large enterprise clients and global rollouts

Preferred Skills:

• Coupa Certifications (BSM / Platform Certified )
• Experience with other procurement platforms (SAP Ariba, Ivalua, etc.)
• Exposure to analytics, reporting, and procurement KPIs
• Knowledge of cloud/SaaS platforms and integrations
