Academic Counselor

What You’ll Do

• Engage with high-intent leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat

• Understand customer goals and pitch relevant certification programs

• Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals

• Own end-to-end sales cycle and drive conversions

• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets

• Manage and track leads through CRM with structured follow-ups

• Build relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

What We’re Looking For (Core Competencies)

• Six months to 3 years of proven experience in closing deals in a target-driven environment

• Communication & Influence: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

• Ownership Mindset: Ability to manage pipeline and deliver results independently

• Execution Excellence: High follow-up discipline and CRM usage

• Experience working in the renewal team

Compensation

• Salary: ₹3.6 – ₹6.0 LPA
