We help brands discover the right creators, shape campaign ideas, execute collaborations, manage creator relationships, and track real impact through data, insights, and strong creator networks.

We’re hiring for our Influencer Marketing team across two levels:

1. Influencer Marketing Interns

For people who are starting out but genuinely understand creators, trends, content, and internet culture.

2. Influencer Marketing Executives

For people with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator campaigns, agency work, talent coordination, or brand collaborations.

We’re looking for people who understand the creator space not just as a job, but as culture. Someone who knows which reel format is blowing up, which creator is suddenly everywhere, why a brand collab worked, why another one felt forced, and what people are actually talking about online.

What You’ll Work On:

You’ll be involved in influencer discovery, creator shortlisting, campaign planning, outreach, coordination, content tracking, and reporting.

You’ll also support the team with campaign ideas, trend mapping, competitor references, creator research, platform-first content thinking, and campaign execution across categories.

For the executive role, you’ll also be expected to manage creator conversations, maintain campaign timelines, coordinate with internal teams, support client requirements, track deliverables, and help ensure smooth execution from briefing to reporting.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for people who are creative, sharp with research, organized, and updated with Indian and global pop culture across Instagram, YouTube, memes, trends, creators, brands, music, fashion, beauty, entertainment, and internet conversations.

You should apply if you:

Understand influencers beyond follower count.

Can spot good content before it becomes obvious.

Know how to build creator lists that actually make sense for a brand.

Are comfortable working in a fast-paced agency setup.

Can manage sheets, timelines, follow-ups, and campaign details.

Have strong communication skills and a good eye for culturally relevant content.

Understand what makes a creator-brand collaboration feel organic instead of forced.

For Intern Applicants:

This role is ideal for someone who wants real exposure to influencer marketing and creator-led brand campaigns.

Prior internship, college project, creator page handling, social media work, or agency exposure will be a plus, but what matters most is your curiosity, research ability, and understanding of content culture.

For Executive Applicants

This role is for candidates with 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, social media, digital campaigns, or agency-side execution.

You should have experience with creator shortlisting, outreach, negotiations, campaign coordination, content approvals, reporting, and managing multiple campaign requirements at the same time.

Bonus Points If You

Have worked on influencer campaigns before.

Know how to analyze creator profiles.

Are good with Excel/Google Sheets.

Can manage creator outreach and follow-ups independently.

Follow creators, brands, internet trends, and pop culture like it’s second nature.

Have experience across categories like beauty, lifestyle, fashion, food, entertainment, tech, or regional creator campaigns.
