Influencer Marketing Manager – Campaign Execution\n\nRole Overview\n\nWe are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns — from creator discovery to campaign execution and reporting.\n\nThe ideal candidate should have strong understanding of influencers, social media platforms, content formats, and brand collaborations. They should be organized, creative, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nInfluencer Research & Strategy\n\n* Research and identify relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms\n* Build and maintain influencer databases across different categories\n* Shortlist creators based on brand objectives, audience, engagement, and content style\n* Suggest influencer recommendations and campaign ideas to match brand goals\n* Stay updated with creator trends and emerging influencers\n\nCampaign Execution\n\n* Manage end-to-end influencer campaign execution\n* Coordinate with influencers from onboarding to content delivery\n* Share campaign briefs, guidelines, and timelines with creators\n* Negotiate commercials and manage influencer communication\n* Ensure creators deliver content as per brand requirements\n* Track campaign timelines and deliverables\n* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution\n\nContent & Quality Management\n\n* Review influencer content before publishing\n* Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives\n* Provide feedback to creators for improvements\n* Maintain quality standards across campaigns\n\nReporting & Analysis\n\n* Track campaign performance metrics\n* Prepare campaign reports and insights\n* Analyze reach, engagement, and creator performance\n* Share learnings to improve future campaigns\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n\n* 1–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, digital marketing, or social media\n* Hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns preferred\n* Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and creator ecosystem\n* Good communication and negotiation skills\n* Strong organizational and project management skills\n* Ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines\n* Creative mindset with attention to detail\n\nPreferred Background\n\n* Experience working at influencer marketing agencies, digital agencies, or brand marketing teams\n* Existing relationships with influencers/creators is a plus\n\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\n\n* Successful campaign execution\n* Timely completion of influencer deliverables\n* Creator quality and performance\n* Campaign efficiency\n* Client satisfaction\n* Influencer relationship management\n\nLocation\n\nMumbai\n\nEmployment Type\n\nFull-time
