Project Manager (M/AD) | Big4 Consulting | GCC Banking Client
Locations: Gurgaon | Chennai | Hyderabad | Bangalore
⏳ Experience: 7–12 years
We are hiring a seasoned Project Manager for a leading Big4 consulting engagement with GCC banking clients. The role requires strong delivery ownership across large-scale finance transformation and system implementation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale finance transformation projects and programs
- Manage PMO activities including planning, tracking, governance, and reporting
- Drive delivery across Financial Reporting, MI, GL/SL implementations and related finance systems
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on program needs
- Coordinate complex stakeholder environments across global/regional teams
- Ensure successful delivery with measurable business outcomes
- Support risk, issue, dependency, and change management
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in GCC banking or financial services domain
- Expertise in finance systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, TM1, and similar platforms)
- Knowledge of cloud-based finance solutions
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience working in large matrix organizations
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams)
- Strong leadership experience managing teams in complex environments
