    Role Overview

    \n

    \n

    The Engineer / Senior Engineer – Civil Execution will be responsible for day-to-day site execution activities of assigned work areas within the tower . The role involves supervision of construction activities, coordination with subcontractors, ensuring quality compliance, and monitoring progress as per project schedule .

    Key Responsibilities

    Site Execution

    \n

  • \n

    Supervise and execute daily construction activities including RCC, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.

    • \n
  • \n

    Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and construction methodology .

    • \n
  • \n

    Monitor progress of assigned work areas and report status to the Tower Incharge .

    • \n

    Work Planning & Monitoring

    \n

    \n
  • \n

    Assist the Tower Incharge in planning daily and weekly work activities .

    • \n
  • \n

    Ensure availability of materials, manpower, and equipment required for smooth execution.

    • \n
  • \n

    Track daily progress and productivity of site activities .

    • \n

    \n

    Subcontractor Supervision

    \n

    \n
  • \n

    Supervise work performed by subcontractors and labour teams .

    • \n
  • \n

    Ensure subcontractors follow construction drawings, quality standards, and safety guidelines .

    • \n
  • \n

    Monitor subcontractor productivity and report delays or issues.

    • \n

    \n

    Quality Control

    \n

    \n
  • \n

    Ensure construction activities comply with project quality standards and specifications .

    • \n
  • \n

    Conduct site inspections and quality checks during execution.

    • \n
  • \n

    Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions.

    • \n

    \n

    Safety Compliance

    \n

    \n
  • \n

    Ensure all workers follow site safety procedures and safety guidelines .

    • \n
  • \n

    Participate in safety inspections and toolbox talks .

    • \n

    \n

    Documentation & Reporting

    \n

    \n
  • \n

    Maintain daily progress records and site reports .

    • \n
  • \n

    Assist in quantity verification and measurement for billing purposes .

    • \n
  • \n

    Maintain records related to drawings, work execution, and inspections .

    • \n

    \n

    Coordination

    \n

    \n
  • \n

    Coordinate with planning, billing, quality, and procurement teams for execution support.

    • \n
  • \n

    Communicate site issues and technical challenges to the Tower Incharge for timely resolution.

    • \n

    Technical Skills Required

    \n

    \n
  • \n

    Good knowledge of RCC works, structural execution, masonry, and finishing works

    • \n
  • \n

    Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications

    • \n
  • \n

    Understanding of construction sequencing in high-rise projects

    • \n
  • \n

    Knowledge of basic quantity estimation and measurement

    • \n
  • \n

    Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD

    • \n
