Business Development & Sales Manager (Hunter Role)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development & Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is a hunter role focused on identifying new business opportunities, building strong industry relationships, and converting leads into long-term clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced design-driven environment and love working closely with architects and interior designers, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build new business opportunities by identifying and mapping prospects

• Building relationships with clients (Architects, Interior Designers & Large strategic Clients) by providing support, information, and guidance

• Proving information to the sales coordinator in preparing & sending commercial proposals to clients

• Ability to work in coordination with team

• Work with backend team to ensure great customer experience through the journey from lead generation to execution.

• Building healthy funnel/ pipeline for business from new clients

• Meeting monthly targets

Requirements:

• Any Bachelor's degree / MBA
\n
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development, especially in design-led sectors (e.g., paints, lighting, veneers, sanitaryware, etc.)
\n
• Prior experience pitching to architects and interior designers will be an advantage
\n
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
\n
• Strong customer service skills and a flair for relationship-driven selling
\n
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and sales tools
\n
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
\n
• Must own a personal vehicle for client visits
