Role Description The Social Media Manager – Edtech Industry will manage and grow the online presence of CADWORKS LEARNING across multiple social media platforms. This contract, on-site role is based in Noida and involves planning and executing social media campaigns aligned with the company's marketing and educational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and scheduling posts, optimizing content for reach and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and responding to audience interactions and queries. The role also includes collaborating with content and marketing teams to develop campaigns, maintaining a consistent brand voice, and staying updated on social media trends in the edtech domain. The Social Media Manager will support lead generation and brand awareness by leveraging data insights and making recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand pages and campaigns across major platforms.

• Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to create engaging, learner-focused content for diverse audiences.

• Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills, including planning editorial calendars, aligning content with marketing goals, and tailoring messaging for the edtech audience.

• Relevant experience in the edtech or education sector, particularly in promoting online learning platforms, is highly beneficial.

• Ability to analyze social media metrics, use insights to refine campaigns, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with social media management tools and basic knowledge of design or video tools (e.g., Canva, simple editing software) is an advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
