About the Role\n\nThe Manager will act as a representative of the organization, focusing on acquiring new clients with high potential and providing exceptional client servicing to retain clients.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDrive business growth and higher revenues by tapping the existing clients as well as the new clients.\nBuild strategic working relationships with existing clients to tap the business opportunities.\nStrive for innovative ideas to provide customized solutions to clients.\nTrack the innovative solutions being provided in the out of home industry and ideate with the team to create offerings for the clients.\nUnderstand the requirements of a brand and create suitable opportunities.\nNegotiate with clients to get the best deal.\nProvide service to clients in all aspects, ensuring their needs are met and suggesting innovations or new assets.\nComplete operational work on time (i.e., from deal closure to ensuring the invoice reaches the client).\nMinimize the turn-around time.\nInstruct the operations team to do the mounting as per the client’s requirements.\nReview the advertising site and inform the client about the same by sending snapshots and seeking their approval.\nUpdate clients about any new sites.\nCommunicate about any new development or innovation happening at the airport to clients.\nEnsure that financial dues from clients are received on time.\nWork in coordination with the finance team to ensure the invoice reaches the client on time.\nFollow up with clients to ensure that the amount is cleared within the specified time.\nAdhere to the procedures and processes strictly.\nEnter the number of calls made & the clients met and productivity reports in CRM on a daily basis.\nUpdate and modify the details of any existing deal as and when it is closed.\nMaintain the average daily sales ratio per week.\n\nQualifications\nAn MBA degree with specialization in sales/marketing is preferable.\n\nRequired Skills\nFluent Communication\nMarket knowledge & business acumen\nAsset knowledge\nInnovative & Proactive\nNegotiation\nRelationship Management\nPresentation Skills\nCater to client’s needs\nPersuasiveness\nResult Orientation\n\nPreferred Skills\nRelationship Management\n\nEqual Opportunity Statement\n\nCity Media is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace and encourages applications from all qualified individuals.
