Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Health Insurance Advisor at Tata AIA Life. The Health Insurance Advisor will guide individuals and families in understanding and selecting suitable health insurance and wellness-oriented life insurance products. Day-to-day activities include conducting virtual consultations, assessing client needs, explaining policy features, benefits, and exclusions in simple terms, and assisting clients with applications and documentation. The role involves providing ongoing customer support, responding to queries, and helping clients navigate claims and policy servicing. The Advisor will also promote preventive health, wellness programs, and relevant digital tools, and may participate in remote training sessions to stay updated on products, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written explanations of health insurance and policy details.
• Proven Customer Service experience, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and build long-term client relationships.
• Experience in Training or educating clients or teams, especially on insurance, financial products, or health-related topics.
• Background or interest in Health Promotion and Wellness, with the ability to encourage preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Basic understanding of insurance or financial services; prior experience in health or life insurance advising is an advantage.
• Comfort using digital platforms, video calls, and CRM or policy management tools in a remote work environment.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets while maintaining high ethical standards.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline or a health/finance-related field is preferred.
