About the Company

LEAI is building the future of legal intelligence by connecting expert witnesses and legal professionals through technology, data, and trusted relationships. Our mission is to modernize how expertise is discovered, evaluated, and activated in the legal ecosystem.


Role :

Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demo, and closing.


Responsibilities

  • Generate leads via calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify prospects and run discovery calls
  • Deliver demos, handle objections, and close deals
  • Maintain pipeline in HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Follow up and nurture leads


Requirements

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales
  • Comfortable with outbound and targets
  • Basic CRM and reporting skills


KPIs

  • 50–100 outreach per day
  • 10–20 calls per week
  • 3–8 demos per week
  • 1–3 deals per week


Success Criteria

Consistent pipeline generation, strong conversion rates, and achievement of revenue targets
