Technology Brief

Oracle DBA need to have knowledge about Oracle Database of 11g , 12c, 19c or latest versions. This role would include owning, tracking and resolving database related incidents and requests, fulfilling requests and resolving incidents within SLAs, reviewing service-related requests (e.g: database backups, maintenance, monitoring) on a daily basis to ensure issues are identified and resolved within established SLAs. Also, responding to database related alerts and escalations and working with database installation, configurations, and maintenance.
