Job Opportunity: Architect/Interior Architect/Spatial Designer (Junior-Level, Mid-Level)

We are a multidisciplinary design studio specialising in museums, exhibitions, adaptive reuse of heritage buildings, cultural spaces, occasionally retail and art programs with more than 20 years of experience. Our projects are deeply rooted in working with craft communities across India and internationally, offering a rich learning environment for passionate and driven architectural students. The studio is led by Siddhartha Das, an alumnus of the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad with over 24 years of experience on cultural projects across the world. He has conceived and implemented projects across various disciplines of design, architecture, art and crafts.

We are looking for Architects/Interior Architects/Spatial Designers to join our dynamic team. Our practice values thoughtful design, cultural sensitivity and strong technical execution.

Junior-Level (1- year experience), Full Time

This role will primarily focus on design development, interior modelling, visualisation, and conceptual exploration.

The ideal candidate should:

· Be highly skilled in 3D modelling using SketchUp and visualisation using Adobe Creative Suite

· Have a strong sense of aesthetics with an inclination towards minimalism, practicality, and culturally rooted design

· Have experience in hospitality, retail, exhibition, or interior projects

Mid-Level (4 - 8 year experience), Full Time

We are looking for a technically strong and an organised architect with site and execution experience in architectural or interior projects beyond designing condos in large teams.

The ideal candidate should:

· Have strong experience in coordinating and executing projects on site

· Be confident in handling vendors, consultants, contractors, and client coordination

· Be highly detailed, hands-on, and capable of identifying technical and planning issues

· Be comfortable leading execution independently with a practical and solution-oriented mindset

What We’re Looking For

· Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.

· Technical Skills : Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.

· Problem-Solving & Adaptability : Someone who enjoys facing challenges and exploring innovative solutions in different project areas.
