Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Raipur for a Junior Architect. The Junior Architect will be responsible for assisting in the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects. Key responsibilities include creating drafts, collaborating with the design team, integrating client requirements into architectural plans, and supporting the execution of construction projects. The role also involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architectural Design and a strong understanding of foundational principles in Architecture
• Familiarity with Software Development tools and techniques for architectural modeling
• Experience with Integration of design elements and construction materials
• Skills in Project Management, including time management, collaboration, and coordination
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant architectural tools
• Understanding of sustainability practices in architecture is a plus
