Pre-Sales Consultant Role:


As a Pre-Sales Consultant at Strobes, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth by providing technical expertise and consultative support throughout the sales process. You'll collaborate closely with sales teams to identify customer needs, showcase the value of our solutions, and ultimately close deals.


Responsibilities:

%CF; Technical Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of Strobes' technical capabilities and features. Effectively demonstrate our value proposition to potential customers.

%CF; Customer-Centric Approach: Consultatively identify customer pain points and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs. Build strong relationships with prospects and customers.

%CF; Sales Enablement: Support sales teams by providing technical expertise, product demonstrations, and presentations.

%CF; Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and market data to position Strobes as a thought leader.

%CF; Proposal Development: Own and manage Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses.

%CF; Proof of Concepts: Lead proof-of-concept demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our solutions.

%CF; Sales Qualification: Assess sales opportunities based on technical requirements, competition, decision-making processes, and funding.

%CF; Channel Partnerships: Leverage third-party channels to expand market reach and create strategic partnerships.

%CF; Event Support: Represent Strobes at trade shows and exhibitions.


Ideal Candidate:

%CF; Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales/pre-sales/customer success in the cybersecurity domain

  • Shift timings: US shift timings and should be flexible

Passionate about technology and problem-solving

%CF; Excellent communication and presentation skills

%CF; Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly

%CF; Consultative approach and customer-focused mindset
