And finally, you're open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.\n\nRequired Skills and Experience\n8 to 12 years in banking industry implementing / modernizing banking applications and support services.\nExperience in working in large banking implementations and/or application support services for Indian clients.\nExperience in other banking Applications like Lending, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Payments, CRM, etc.\nKnowledge in banking domain, especially for India specific requirements.\nFunctional or Techno-functional knowledge of industry standard banking applications\nStrong technical acumen & deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration\nStrong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams\nPreferred Technical and Professional Experience\nSoftware Engineering Life Cycle deliverables for banking implementations.\nExperience in working with banking application vendors\nWork closely with the business team to analyse business requirements, organise design reviews, test execution and support.\nGood communication skills\nExperience in using and implementing DevSecOps processes\nPast experience in assisting stakeholders in quantifying risks and developing mitigation and remediation strategies\n\nBeing You\nThe "Kyn" in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
