Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Engage with high-intent leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat
- Understand customer goals and pitch relevant certification programs
- Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals
- Own end-to-end sales cycle and drive conversions
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Manage and track leads through CRM with structured follow-ups
- Build relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
What We’re Looking For (Core Competencies)
- Six months to 3 years of proven experience in closing deals in a target-driven environment
- Communication & Influence: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ownership Mindset: Ability to manage pipeline and deliver results independently
- Execution Excellence: High follow-up discipline and CRM usage
- Experience working in the renewal team
Compensation
- Salary: ₹3.6 – ₹6.0 LPA
