Job Responsibilities:
\n• Generate insurance business through assigned bank branches (4–5 branches).
\n • Convert customer leads generated by bank staff into sales.
\n • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank employees.
\n • Support bank staff with product information and sales campaigns.
\n • Ensure smooth completion of sales, including documentation and medical requirements.
\n • Coordinate policy issuance and customer follow-up.
\n • Drive cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
\n • Achieve assigned sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
\n• Graduation Mandatory
\n • Age up to 30 years
\n • Minimum 1 year of Sales Experience
\n • Good Communication and Relationship-Building Skills
\n • Willingness to travel within the assigned location
\n • Target-oriented and customer-focused approach
