Manager/Sr Manager - Cyber Security | One of the Chambers

We are hiring for a Manager/Sr Manager – Cybersecurity role with a leading industry and policy-focused organisation.

The role will be responsible for driving cybersecurity initiatives, industry engagement, awareness programs, advisory forums, and ecosystem partnerships across industry, government, academia, startups, and technology providers.

Location: Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cybersecurity programs, workshops, roundtables, summits, and awareness initiatives

• Build and manage relationships with industry leaders, government stakeholders, technology partners, and cybersecurity professionals

• Contribute to policy discussions, industry advocacy, and thought leadership initiatives

• Drive cybersecurity ecosystem development, including startup engagement and innovation programs

• Develop white papers, newsletters, reports, and industry knowledge assets

• Support industry organizations in assessing cybersecurity readiness and building improvement roadmaps

• Manage outreach activities, roadshows, stakeholder forums, and strategic partnerships

• Contribute to revenue generation, sponsorship development, and departmental growth initiatives

Ideal Candidate:

• 8–10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, risk management, or related domains

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, network security, endpoint security, incident response, risk management, and emerging cyber threats

• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders across industry, government, consulting, or technology ecosystems

• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and program management skills

• Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related educational background preferred

• Relevant cybersecurity certifications will be an advantage
