Senior Associate- Talent Acquisition

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and ownership-driven Senior Associate – Talent Acquisition who will lead end-to-end hiring while also driving efficiency through smart automation and process improvements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has experience in niche hiring, and can take complete ownership of our recruitment ecosystem, especially Zoho Recruit .

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus – 80%)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination
  
• Handle niche and critical hiring requirements across technical and non-technical roles
  
• Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to understand requirements and define hiring strategies
  
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs
  
• Ensure a great candidate experience at every touchpoint
  
• Track and improve key recruitment metrics like TAT, quality of hire, and offer-to-join ratio
  
• Drive proactive sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, and networking
  

Zoho Recruit Ownership & Automation

• Take complete ownership of Zoho Recruit (ATS)
  
• Design and implement automation workflows to streamline recruitment processes
  
• Maintain accurate and structured data within the system
  
• Continuously optimize workflows for efficiency, reporting, and scalability
  
• Generate insights and reports to support data-driven decision-making
  
• Train and guide team members on best practices within Zoho Recruit
  

HR Operations & Support (20%)

• Support key HR operations such as onboarding coordination, documentation, and employee lifecycle activities
  
• Assist in HR initiatives, including engagement, policy implementation, and process improvements
  
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth execution of organizational activities
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition , preferably in a fast-paced environment
  
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and niche hiring
  
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit , including automation and workflow management
  
• Strong understanding of ATS systems, hiring metrics, and recruitment analytics
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  
• A solution-driven, result-oriented mindset with strong ownership
  
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
  

Good to Have

• Experience in IT/Tech hiring
