Roles & Responsibilities:

%CF; Lead the QA team to ensure high-quality product releases.

%CF; Define and manage test strategies, test plans, and test cases.

%CF; Conduct and oversee manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.

%CF; Perform and supervise smoke, functional, integration, and regression testing.

%CF; Develop, implement, and enhance automation frameworks using Selenium.

%CF; Monitor test execution, analyze results, and ensure timely defect resolution.

%CF; Maintain and improve QA documentation, including test reports, release notes, and process documentation.

%CF; Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.

%CF; Provide production support for test issues reported by clients.

%CF; Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

%CF; BE/BTech/BSc in CS/IT with 4+ years of experience in QA activities.

%CF; Proven experience in leading a QA team in a product-based environment.

%CF; Expertise in manual and automation testing.

%CF; Strong experience in Smoke, Integration, Functional, and Regression Testing.

%CF; Hands-on experience with Selenium and other automation tools.

%CF; Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and web/mobile technologies.

%CF; Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

%CF; Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

%CF; Ability to set goals, track progress, and ensure the team meets project deadlines.
