Marketing Team Lead

• Take full ownership of team operations, including: - Tracking daily tasks and ensuring timely completion - Managing team bandwidth, workload distribution, and accountability - Driving discipline, productivity, and adherence to timelines • Set clear KPIs and deliverables for each function and ensure regular follow-ups and reporting • Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CPL, ROI, conversions) and continuously optimize for better results • Oversee end-to-end execution of campaigns including landing pages, content, ads, SEO, and email marketing • Drive growth and management of TechResearchonline.com including traffic growth, SEO, content planning, publishing coordination, and engagement • Prepare and present weekly performance and team reports to leadership Required Skills & Qualifications ~ • Experience: 4-6 years in digital marketing, with 1–3 years in a team lead role • Strong experience in lead generation and performance marketing • Experience managing cross-functional teams • Hands-on understanding of marketing channels (paid, SEO, social media, email, content) • Strong ownership mindset with ability to manage both execution and team operations • Experience with analytics tools and reporting
