We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter with 1 year of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities and helping the company hire suitable candidates.
Roles & Responsibilities- Understand hiring requirements from different departments
- Post job openings on job portals and social media
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
- Support onboarding and joining formalities
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of job portals and recruitment process
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Graduate in any discipline
- 5 Days Working
- Friendly work environment
