Business Development Officer

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development positions.
Responsibilities

• Engage in daily conversations with brands and agencies to maintain strong relationships and ensure their needs are understood and met.
• Collect advertisement campaigns from clients, ensuring they meet our standards and align with our business objectives.
• Identify and onboard new advertisers, expanding our client base and increasing our market presence.
• Execute agreements with clients, ensuring all terms are clear and adhered to by all parties.
• Ensure payments are collected within due dates, managing financial transactions efficiently.
• Analyse the performance of advertisement campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Achieve monthly goals, contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.

Skills Required

• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Excellent customer relationship skills with experience in managing high net-worth income customers. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships is key.
• Professionalism in all interactions, upholding the company’s reputation and standards.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and making informed decisions based on these insights.
