Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
CTC: Up to 12 LPA
Position: Windows Admin
Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in Windows Infrastructure Management

We are looking for an experienced Windows Administrator responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing the organization’s Windows-based systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Windows Server environments and ensure smooth IT operations with minimal downtime.

• Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Servers (2012/2016/2019).

• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.

• Handle Active Directory , Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and user access management.

• Perform regular system updates, patching, backups, and security hardening.

• Troubleshoot Windows OS, server issues, and network-related escalations.

• Coordinate with IT, security, and infrastructure teams for problem resolution.

• Manage virtualization technologies (preferably VMware / Hyper-V ).

• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and SOPs.

• Strong hands-on experience in Windows Administration & AD Management

• Knowledge of virtualization platforms

• Understanding of firewall, networking basics, and IT security

• Strong troubleshooting & analytical skills

• Ability to handle pressure and deliver within timelines
