Job Description
Key Responsibilities: \n
- \n
- Drive end-to-end sales of Wet Cooling Towers (crossflow, counterflow, induced draft, FRP/wooden/RC towers) \n
- Handle techno-commercial proposals , costing, and negotiations specifically for cooling tower systems \n
- Develop business with EPC contractors, consultants, and industrial clients in sectors like Power, Refinery, Steel, Cement, Chemicals \n
- Lead tendering & bidding activities for cooling tower projects \n
- Interpret technical specifications, GA drawings, and performance parameters (CTI standards, approach, range, cycles of concentration, etc.) \n
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and project execution teams for proposal finalization and order execution \n
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the cooling tower domain \n
- Drive order booking, revenue growth, and market expansion \n
- Ensure collections and commercial closure of projects \n
- Mentor and lead a dedicated cooling tower sales team \n
