Vice President / Deputy Vice President - Taxation\n\n- A high level of commitment and self-motivation\n- Strong leadership and team management capabilities\n- Problem solving attitude with proactive approach\n- Strong integrity, trustworthiness and accountability\n- Ability to work independently with strong ownership mindset\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n- Manage end-to-end Direct and Indirect Taxation matters of the Company.\n- Ensure timely filing and payment of all statutory taxes including Income Tax, TDS, GST, and other applicable levies.\n- Drive 100% compliance with State and Central statutory tax regulations and internal governance requirements.\n- Review tax computations, returns, reconciliations, and provisions, including deferred tax.\n- Liaise with GST and Income Tax consultants, tax authorities, and auditors on assessments, audits, notices, and advisory matters.\n- Handle tax notices, assessments, appeals, and litigations as and when required, and advise management on required actions.\n- Supervise the invoice generation and issuance process to merchants, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and tax compliance.\n- Drive implementation and enhancements in Tax Engine, E-invoicing, and E-way Bill systems in coordination with IT and operations teams.\n- Ensure timely and accurate claiming of GST Input Tax Credit (ITC), including reconciliations and coordination with FRT / MAB / IT Ops teams.\n- Review actual GST and Income Tax payments and advise management on regulatory changes and tax implications.\n- Support audits by providing tax-related data, explanations, and documentation.\n- Lead and mentor the taxation team to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant deliverables.\n\n#J-18808-Ljbffr
