About the Role :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS & Data Analyst with prior experience in the real estate industry to manage business reporting, operational analytics, data visualization, and performance tracking across departments.

Responsibilities :

MIS Reporting & Data Management

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports across sales, operations, HR, marketing, and business development functions.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting of business data and operational metrics.
• Maintain centralized databases, trackers, dashboards, and reporting systems.

Data Analysis & Business Insights

• Analyze business performance data to identify trends, gaps, operational inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
• Generate actionable insights through data interpretation and analytical reporting.
• Support leadership teams with business intelligence and performance analysis for strategic decision-making.

Dashboarding & Performance Tracking

• Develop and manage dashboards, KPI trackers, and automated reporting systems using Excel and reporting tools.
• Monitor departmental KPIs, productivity metrics, sales performance, lead conversion data, and operational efficiencies.
• Present analytical findings through structured reports, charts, and presentations.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with sales, business development, HR, marketing, finance, and operations teams to collect and validate business data.
• Support teams with data-driven recommendations and operational reporting requirements.
• Ensure smooth flow of information and reporting across departments.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and operational workflows.
• Support automation of MIS processes and optimization of reporting systems where applicable.

Qualifications :

• 5–7 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or Business Reporting within the real estate industry.
• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Experience in handling large datasets and business performance reporting.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Required Skills :

• Real Estate background.
