    Job Description

  • Develop and implement franchise strategies to drive business growth and profitability in the fashion and apparel sector
  • Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure alignment with brand standards and operational excellence
  • Monitor and analyze franchise performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of retail initiatives
  • Identify and evaluate new franchise opportunities to expand the brand's footprint
  • Ensure compliance with legal, operational, and brand guidelines across all franchise operations.
  • Lead negotiations and agreements with potential franchisees to secure mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Provide training and support to franchisees to maintain high standards of customer service and brand representation

  • A strong background in franchise management within the retail industry, preferably in fashion and apparel.
  • Proven expertise in strategic planning and operational execution for franchise networks.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with franchise partners.
  • Ability to analyze business metrics and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • A professional qualification in business, management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the market dynamics and consumer trends in Gurugram.
