Hire, Develop, Let go Requirement : - -Excellent Written and Verbal communication -Require Minimum 7 yrs of experience -Should Have a Strong Team Management experience -3 years experience handling clients for interior design projects -B.Arch/M.Arch/Bachelor/Master in interior Designing and equivalent Technical Skills: -Advanced Understanding of Modular Design -Problem Solving -Planning and Organization -Customer Orientation This role is critical in marshaling the company's central key resource - Designers and Design Partners. Handling the team well results in the organization realizing its key goals of Revenue, Customer Satisfaction, and Employee Satisfaction.
