Job Description:-
Experience: 7+ years of total experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Responsibilities: Must have managed a monthly revenue of ₹1.5 crore or more.
Team Management: Experience in handling a team of 10+ in-house designers.
Look at whether revenue numbers, TAT, Sign-ups are on track daily.
Handle client escalations - red level
Report Directly into City Head on key metrics
De-bottleneck projects by addressing core issues faced by repartee's
Manage team performance and morale. Hire, Develop, Let go
Requirement : -
-Excellent Written and Verbal communication
-Require Minimum 7 + yrs of experience
-Should Have a Strong Team Management experience
-3 years experience handling clients for interior design projects
-B. Arch/M. Arch/Bachelor/Master in interior Designing and equivalent
Technical Skills:
-Advanced Understanding of Modular Design
-Problem Solving
-Planning and Organization
-Customer Orientation

Handling the team well results in the organization realizing its key goals of Revenue, Customer Satisfaction, and Employee Satisfaction. The role is hence central to the long-term success of the organization.
