- Lead and manage the Mumbai sales team to achieve sales targets. \n
- Execute sales strategies and drive business development in the Mumbai region. \n
- Manage CRM, sales funnel, forecasting, and performance tracking. \n
- Mentor, train, and support the sales team for target achievement. \n
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new team members. \n
- Support key customer meetings and deal closures. \n
- Coordinate with the marketing team for local campaigns and lead generation. \n
- Monitor team performance and implement improvement plans. \n
Desired Candidate Profile
\n- \n
- 3–6 years of experience in IT Hardware sales with team handling experience. \n
- Strong knowledge of CRM, sales strategy, and pipeline management. \n
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and business development skills. \n
- Willingness to travel within Mumbai. \n
