The Guest Relations Executive will welcome and assist visitors, maintain a professional reception area, and ensure a positive experience for guests, clients, and candidates. Responsibilities include handling front-desk operations, managing phone calls and inquiries, coordinating appointments and meeting room schedules, and guiding visitors to the appropriate contacts or departments.

The role also involves managing guest feedback, providing accurate information about services, and supporting basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. The Guest Relations Executive may collaborate with internal teams to support client visits, interviews, and occasional promotional or sales-related activities.\nQualifications\nStrong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating a professional and welcoming experience.\nExcellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.\nExperience with Receptionist Duties such as handling phone calls, visitor check-in, scheduling, and basic administrative support.\nBasic Sales and cross-selling abilities to support service promotion when required.\nProficiency in MS Office and comfort with using office communication tools and phone systems.\nAbility to maintain composure under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.\nPrevious experience in hospitality, front office, corporate reception, or customer-facing roles is preferred.\nMinimum of a high school diploma; a degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
