Our AI teammates can join Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet calls, speak naturally with sub-second latency, understand users in real time, present demos and documents, and execute workflows across sales, onboarding, recruiting, customer support, and enterprise operations.

We’re moving fast and looking for a Growth Lead who operates the same way.
About the RoleWe’re hiring a Founding Growth Lead to help build and scale TRUGEN AI’s go-to-market engine from the ground up.
This is a highly hands-on role. You’ll work directly with the founders across outbound, growth experiments, pipeline generation, partnerships, enterprise outreach, positioning, and customer acquisition.
We are not looking for someone to manage a large team. We’re looking for a builder who can move fast, test aggressively, figure out what works, and help create repeatable growth systems from scratch.
What You’ll Do- Own inbound and outbound lead generation — build the systems, not just run the playbook
- Build pipeline through outbound, partnerships, events, and creative growth initiatives
- Identify and test new acquisition channels across paid, organic, social, communities, and partnerships
- Use AI tools to automate prospecting, research, outreach, content, and GTM operations
- Work closely with founders on messaging, positioning, ICP, and GTM strategy
- Track what’s working, cut what isn’t, and double down ruthlessly
- Build and manage relationships with brands, agencies, enterprises, and strategic partners
- Turn customer insights into repeatable growth playbooks and systems
- Help establish TRUGEN AI as a category leader in AI teammates
- Experience in growth, GTM, outbound, or early-stage startups
- Strong builder mentality with ability to operate in ambiguity
- Hands-on experience generating pipeline and customer acquisition from scratch
- Strong understanding of AI tools and modern GTM workflows
- Excellent communication and execution skills
- High ownership and bias toward action
- Excited about AI and the future of work
- Experience in AI, SaaS, developer tools, or workflow automation
- Experience working in early-stage startup environments
- Built growth systems, outbound engines, or distribution channels from zero
- Active user of AI tools in your daily workflow
- Founding role with meaningful ownership and influence
- Work directly with founders on company strategy
