We run high-impact digital campaigns to connect genuine causes with donors and create measurable social impact.\nWe are looking for a skilled and result-driven Google Ads Specialist who can manage, optimize, and scale fundraising campaigns through Google Ads while maintaining strong ROI, compliance, and campaign performance.\nKey Responsibilities Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for fundraising and donation-based campaigns.\nHandle Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and remarketing campaigns.\nConduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.\nWrite effective ad copies, headlines, descriptions, and call-to-action texts to improve CTR and conversions.\nMonitor daily campaign performance, including spend, leads, donations, ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and donor quality.\nOptimize campaigns to improve donation volume, reduce cost per donation, and increase return on ad spend.\nManage large-scale ad budgets responsibly and ensure proper budget allocation across campaigns.\nSet up and monitor conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and landing page events.\nWork closely with the creative, content, video, and website teams to improve campaign performance.\nIdentify policy issues, disapprovals, account warnings, and resolve them with Google Support when required.\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with insights and action plans.\nTest new campaign strategies, creatives, landing pages, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnels.\nEnsure all ads follow Google Ads policies, donation platform guidelines, and brand standards.\nCoordinate with internal teams for campaign launches during festivals, urgent medical cases, animal rescue appeals, and social impact campaigns.\nRequired Skills Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management.\nGood knowledge of Search Ads, Display Ads, YouTube Ads, Performance Max, and remarketing.\nExperience in managing lead generation, donation, e-commerce, or performance campaigns.\nStrong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and pixel setup.\nAbility to analyze data and make performance-based decisions.\nGood command over ad copywriting and campaign structuring.\nKnowledge of A/B testing, landing page optimization, and funnel improvement.\nAbility to manage high budgets with accountability and performance focus.\nStrong reporting and communication skills.\nBasic understanding of Meta Ads will be an added advantage.\nPreferred Qualifications Prior experience with NGO, crowdfunding, donation, healthcare, animal welfare, or social impact campaigns.\nExperience in scaling campaigns with monthly budgets above ₹10 lakh.\nKnowledge of Google Ad Grants will be an added advantage.\nCertification in Google Ads Search, Display, Video, or Measurement is preferred.\nKey Performance Indicators Donation revenue generated through Google Ads.\nReturn on ad spend.\nCost per donation.\nConversion rate.\nCampaign scalability.\nAd approval rate and policy compliance.\nQuality of reporting and optimization.\nLanding page and funnel improvement suggestions.\nCandidate Profile The ideal candidate should be performance-focused, analytical, creative, and passionate about social impact. The person must be able to work in a fast-paced environment where campaigns need to be launched quickly for urgent causes such as medical emergencies, animal rescues, disaster relief, old age homes, and blind children.
