- Opportunity to lead Compensation & Benefits in a dynamic environment\n\n- Exposure to large-scale transformations and strategic projects\n\nAbout Our Client\n\nOur client is a leading player in its sector, undergoing significant transformation and capability-building initiatives. The role offers a chance to work in an agile, fast-paced environment with strategic importance.\n\nJob Description\n\n- Compensation & Benefits Strategy: Design, implement, and manage C&B frameworks that align with organizational objectives and market competitiveness.\n\n- Policy & Governance: Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal governance standards across all compensation programs.\n\n- Analytics & Insights: Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights on pay structures, workforce cost optimization, and market benchmarking.\n\n- Transformation Projects: Play a key role in organizational change initiatives such as mergers, large-scale transformations, and restructuring exercises.\n\n- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive C&B initiatives and resolve complex challenges.\n\n- Operational Excellence: Be hands-on with day-to-day activities, from payroll coordination to managing benefits programs, while also leading strategic projects.\n\n- Flexibility & Agility: Adapt quickly to changing priorities, zooming in on details or zooming out for strategic planning as required.\n\n- Travel: Moderate travel to strategic locations (e.g., Kota) for project execution and stakeholder engagement.\n\nThe Successful Applicant\n\nExperience: 7 to 12 years of proven expertise in core Compensation & Benefits; exposure to agile environments such as startups, large-scale transformations, or mergers.\n\nExperience in designing of ESOP structures and long term incentives in crucial.\n\nSkills: Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities; ability to mine insights for strategic decisions.\n\nLanguage: Proficiency in Hindi (spoken and understood).\n\nEducation: MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-school preferred.\n\nCompetencies:\n\n- Balance between ideal solutions and contextual realities\n\n- Problem-solving and enterprising mindset\n\n- Outcome orientation with fast turnaround\n\n- Ability to stretch during peak periods (including holidays/weekends)\n\n- Hands-on approach across all levels of work\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\n- Competitive compensation: ₹50-55 LPA (80% fixed, 20% variable - non-negotiable).\n\n- Strategic role with visibility and impact.\n\n- Individual contributor to start; potential team leadership in Payroll Ops.\n\n#J-18808-Ljbffr
