Social Media Manager

Location: Pune (local travel required)\n\nType: Full-time, On-Ground\n\nRole Overview:\n\nManage and grow the Chairman’s personal brand across social media platforms. The role involves accompanying him to events, capturing high-quality content, creating engaging posts, and managing his online presence in real time.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Accompany the Chairman to corporate, social, and public events.\n- Capture and edit photos/videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.\n- Write impactful captions and publish real-time content.\n- Manage social media accounts, engagement, and audience growth.\n- Track performance metrics and prepare basic MIS reports.\n- Coordinate with vendors and handle billing-related follow-ups.\n\nCandidate Profile:\n\n- 3–5 years of experience in Social Media Management, PR, Digital Journalism, or similar roles.\n- Strong mobile photography, videography, and content creation skills.\n- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.\n- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.\n- Proficient in social media trends, analytics, and platform management.\n- Comfortable with frequent travel and event-based work.
