About the Role\n\nWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully driven outbound and inbound sales development for the US market, understands enterprise B2B technology sales, and is skilled in building high-quality pipelines for Account Executives.\nAs a SDR, you will play a critical role in generating qualified leads, engaging decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Directors), and contributing directly to revenue growth.\n\nLocation: Noida (Work From Office)\nShift Timing: 5.30 pm 2.30 am IST (8am 5pm EST)\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead Generation & Qualification: Identify, prospect, and qualify leads across the US region using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and ZohoCRM.\nCold-Calling\nOutbound Outreach: Develop multi-touch outbound campaigns (emails, calls, LinkedIn messaging) targeting enterprise accounts.\nAccount Research: Conduct deep account mapping and research to personalize outreach and identify business pain points.\nPipeline Development: Schedule high-quality meetings and demos for the sales team, ensuring consistent pipeline growth.\nCollaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Account Executives to optimize messaging, targeting, and lead handoff.\nMetrics & Reporting: Track outreach metrics (open rates, response rates, meetings booked) and maintain CRM hygiene.\nMarket Expertise: Stay updated on US market trends, competitive landscape, and customer personas.\nMentorship: Support junior SDRs with guidance on prospecting and outreach strategies.\n\nRequirements\n3-9 years of proven experience as an SDR or BDR, preferably in the US enterprise B2B SaaS/Analytics/Technology industry.\nStrong understanding of US business culture and time zones, with a track record of success in cold outreach.\nProficiency in tools like Salesforce/ZohoCRM/Hubspot, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar.\nExcellent written and spoken English communication skills.\nAbility to create personalized, value-driven messaging for CXO-level prospects.\nExperience in handling mid-market to enterprise accounts with complex sales cycles.\nData-driven mindset with strong organizational and multitasking skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in AI, Analytics, Data Engineering, or SaaS solution selling.\nExperience in Cold Calling and targeting Senior Executives\nFamiliarity with account prospecting techniques.\nHistory of meeting or exceeding SDR quotas consistently
