CTC Upto 25 LPA\n\nExp 5 + Yrs\n\nLocation Ahmedabad\n\nFace to Face Interview Mandatory\n\nJob Description\n\n- Lead end-to-end accounting operations, including AP/AR, reconciliation, ledgers, tax filings, and audit readiness.\n- Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts as per statutory and internal timelines.\n- Prepare MIS reports, P&L, cash flow statements, and budget vs. actual analysis for management review.\n- Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable tax laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and handle return filings.\n- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities for statutory and internal audits.\n- Supervise invoicing, credit note processing, and payment cycles for distributors, e-commerce platforms, and vendors.\n- Maintain and improve internal financial controls and accounting systems.\n- Manage a team of accountants and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and procurement teams.\n- Optimize working capital, monitor collections, and flag risks proactively.\n\nRequirements\n\n- Qualified Chartered Accountant\n- 5+ years of relevant experience in handling accounts in a consumer products, pharma, or D2C setup\n- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian statutory norms\n- Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / SAP / or similar accounting systems\n- Excellent command over Excel, reconciliation, and reporting tools\n- Leadership capability to manage junior accountants and external consultants\n- Strong eye for detail, problem-solving mindset, and integrity\n\nMust haves:\n\n- CA quailfied\n- 5+ yrs min\n- Zoho books experience\n- Team handling experience\n- Industry - D2C/Pharma/FMCG/FMCD
